This Privacy Policy describes how Driven Lighting Group ("DLG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the HIGHBEAM internal analytics dashboard ("Dashboard"). This Dashboard is an internal business tool accessible only to authorized DLG personnel.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Dashboard:

• Account information: Email address and password used to authenticate access.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Dashboard.
• Business data: Ecommerce metrics, advertising performance data, and other business intelligence data processed and displayed within the Dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected through the Dashboard is used solely for the following purposes:

• Authenticating and authorizing access to the Dashboard.
• Generating and displaying business performance reports and analytics.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the Dashboard.
• Improving Dashboard functionality and performance.

3. Data Storage and Security

Dashboard data is stored using Supabase, a managed database and authentication service. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authenticated DLG personnel only.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

The Dashboard integrates with the following third-party services to provide analytics and reporting functionality:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — ecommerce and traffic data
• Google Ads — advertising performance data
• Meta Ads — advertising performance data
• Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing data
• SEMrush — SEO and competitive intelligence data

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data collection and use. DLG accesses data from these services through authorized API integrations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the Dashboard, comply with applicable law, or protect the rights and safety of DLG and its personnel.

6. Data Retention

Business data displayed in the Dashboard is retained for as long as necessary to support business operations and reporting. Authentication credentials are managed through Supabase and may be removed upon employee offboarding.

7. Your Rights

Authorized Dashboard users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account information by contacting the Dashboard administrator at admin@dlgbrands.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Dashboard following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
