These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HIGHBEAM internal analytics dashboard ("Dashboard") operated by Driven Lighting Group ("DLG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Authorized Use

The Dashboard is an internal business tool available exclusively to current DLG employees and contractors who have been granted access by an authorized administrator. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

You may use the Dashboard only for legitimate DLG business purposes. You may not use the Dashboard to:

• Access, copy, or distribute confidential business data outside of authorized DLG workflows.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or security controls.
• Introduce malicious code, scripts, or unauthorized automations.
• Use DLG data for personal gain or for the benefit of a competitor.

2. Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with others. Notify the Dashboard administrator immediately at admin@dlgbrands.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

3. Data Confidentiality

All data displayed in the Dashboard — including ecommerce performance, advertising metrics, competitive intelligence, and strategic reports — is confidential and proprietary to DLG. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute this data to any person or entity outside of DLG without prior written authorization from DLG leadership.

4. Intellectual Property

The Dashboard, including its design, code, reports, and analytics outputs, is the exclusive property of DLG. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Dashboard or its content.

5. No Warranties

The Dashboard is provided "as is" for internal business use. DLG makes no warranty that the Dashboard will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all data displayed will be perfectly accurate at all times. Data should be verified against source systems for critical business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DLG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Dashboard.

7. Access Termination

DLG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Dashboard at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or termination of your employment or contractor relationship with DLG.

8. Changes to These Terms

DLG may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Dashboard following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DLG is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
